Thomas the key

We wonder if Thomas fell into a saucepan when he was little.

Since he was very young, he has been passionate about cooking. Already around the age of 12-13, his parents could put their feet under the table because dinner was ready and cooked with love by Thomas.
Thomas gained confidence by studying at the Namur hotel school. He also took the opportunity to obtain a management diploma. Between 1998 and 2006, he assisted his parents with their table d'hôtes. At the same time, he worked in the community kitchen.
Little by little, Thomas took on positions of responsibility at Sodexo, Unijolly, ISS and Compass Group, his last employer, where he was Manager of the banqueting service at the European Commission. At the weekend, Thomas has been providing a catering service as a complementary independent for 17 years.
In March 2020, Corona forced the hospitality sector to stop overnight. What to do? Dive in or bounce back? Thomas didn't give up. He tried to reinvent himself... That's how he launched the concept of "home meal delivery". Little by little, Thomas got organized because thanks to the tamtam, he had more and more customers. Today, he has completely stopped cooking for groups and has started his own business to prepare more refined and quality meals.
For busy families, the elderly, people who are sick or returning from hospital, or customers who just want to treat themselves, this chef offers every day a fresh vegetable soup, a delicious hot dish or a nice nourishing cold dish and to finish, a dessert to lick your lips. Every weekend, Thomas also offers a festive menu!
For people who have difficulty moving around, they can count on the kindness of the delivery people who will leave the dish on the kitchen table or even in the fridge if necessary. And in case of absence, the delivery people will entrust the meal to a neighbor or leave it in the garden or on the terrace.
Alongside daily dishes, Thomas offers personalized offers for family, friendly, sporting or professional events. He adapts to each client according to their desires and budget. He concocts wonders for a birthday, a baptism, a communion, a wedding,
engagement, a happy friendly, family or sports party, a business lunch or any other event...
In sadder times, Thomas is also there to deliver salty and/or sweet treats after funeral ceremonies.

Currently, the municipalities served are: Wezembeek-Oppem, Kraainem, Sterrebeek, Tervuren and Woluwe and also part of Sint Stevens Woluwe, Zaventem, Auderghem, Evere, Schaerbeek and Etterbeek. You may be lucky enough to meet the smiles of Isabelle, Franklin or Philippe during a delivery.

Since May, this great chef has been settling into the renovated former workshops of the Dhaenens bakery located on Place Princesse Joséphine Charlotte in Kraainem. 120m2 in a brand new kitchen. What more could you dream of?
