Our History

The story behind our dishes

We wonder if Thomas didn't fall into a saucepan when he was little. Since he was very young, he has been passionate about cooking. Already around the age of 12-13, when his parents came home from work, they could put their feet under the table because dinner was ready and cooked with love by Thomas.

Thomas gained confidence by studying at the Namur hotel school. He also took the opportunity to obtain a management diploma.

Between 1998 and 2006, he assisted his parents with their table d'hôtes. At the same time, he worked in the community kitchen.
Little by little, Thomas took on positions of responsibility at Sodexo, Unijolly, ISS and even Compass Group, his last employer where he was Manager of the banqueting service at the European Commission.

On weekends, Thomas has been providing a catering service as a complementary independent for 15 years.

A new beginning

In March 2020, the Horeca sector was shut down overnight. Thomas, who is also the father of 4 children, is looking to reinvent himself... This is how he embarked on a new project of " home delivery of meals ". Little by little the bird builds its nest... By word of mouth, Thomas has more and more customers. Today, he has completely stopped cooking for groups and has started his own business.

How does it work?

Every day he offers soup, a hot dish , a salad and a dessert for busy families, the elderly or customers who just want to treat themselves. Once a week, it also offers a festive dish and dessert like in a restaurant.

And to make things even easier for you, Thomas, with the help of his wine importer, suggests a perfect food/wine pairing for each dish he offers at your events.

It also continues to offer you personalized offers for your family, friendly or professional events. Thomas adapts to each client according to their desires and budget. He will do wonders for your birthday, your child's baptism or communion, a wedding, an engagement, a party with friends or family or other...
